I enjoyed both services. Xylina did an awesome job on my facial I added Gua Sha and it was Devine. I also did the meditative soak which was also awesome the only draw back is I don’t feel I got the whole 80 minutes and I also didn’t receive the aromatherapy bracelet that is supposed to come with it. I feel like this spa is priced slightly higher than others and it’s smaller. The women’s room only had one shower and one bathroom and one smaller room to change in. The robes were a one-size-fits-all and they didn’t offer basic necessities for free like other spas I’ve been to such as Q-tips hair ties combs brushes. It was a nice experience, but I’ll stick to my original go to spa

I rarely write reviews, but given this experience - I needed to. I received an $150 giftcard for my birthday from my girlfriends, which I thought was beyond generous. After looking at the website, I found that it was necessary for the price point of almost all services. I booked a 50 minute massage session and cupping for an additional $30, it totaled out to $155 when I selected confirm. When I arrived, I was notified that I was going to have $37 charged to my card on file with 0 explanation as to why (they add a 20% gratuity with no explanation of this anywhere online or in-person). I then received a rushed tour of the spa, and found myself confused about how to lock the lockers and found the locker room itself to be poorly designed and awkward, and couldn't get changed fast enough between arriving and leaving. I then entered the waiting room which had a nice ambience with a serve yourself display of snacks. For the price point, I was surprised that this was the case. I then was grabbed by my massage therapist who gave little to no direction on what I was to do (this was my first massage in ages), and as she left the room for an excess of what felt like 10+ minutes, I felt uncomfortable and unsure. When she returned and begun the massage, the massage table squeaked throughout the entirety.. not exactly the relaxing vibe one plans for. She stated "that concludes your massage" and left eagerly with no instruction on my next steps upon leaving. Upon returning to the desk, I stated that I never received my $30 cupping, they didn't apologize or offer to provide my service but said they would return $30 of my $37 gratuity that was automatically applied, which was somewhat appalling. However, joke was on me, because they still charged my card the full $37 despite the sub par costumer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Wonderful experience! The spa is on the lower level, and it's nice and quiet and dark down there. Everything smelled so nice---from the essential oil diffusers throughout the spa to the robes. The waiting area was very nice--they had a little variety of snacks, water, and offered tea and wine. Unique was my massage therapist and did a great job. The table was nice and heated, and I loved the hot towels and peppermint oil Unique had. The staff were very friendly. Note: Make sure you scan the QR code at check out to get your parking validated. Also keep in mind a 20% gratuity is added automatically to your total. Definitely recommend! Plus, you're in a great location. I made sure to stop at The Lip Bar and Avalon Bakery after. :)

I had an amazing experience at Woodhouse Spa! I’m expecting next week and the staff were extremely accommodating to all my needs and even adjusted my services to ensure I was doing what was safest for myself and my baby (in terms of products and positioning for a massage). I appreciated the thoroughness of everyone that helped from check in/out to each individual service. I will definitely be back! (The company in the quiet room was phenomenal as well!)

I went recently and had a pretty good experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very good employees. I liked the wine. I loved my facial. Absolutely loved it. My skin felt and looked great after. The massage was only so-so in my opinion. I’ve had much better at much cheaper. The angle the masseuse used for my neck actually hurt it after. I’m sure other people there are better though. My table did squeak. Lastly, no pool, no sauna, not really a spa imo. It needs water or heat because their “quiet area” isn’t much to see. For the price, the locker rooms are disappointing as well.
