Our 5mo puppy had a wonderful experience with Jason! Our pup is pretty anxious when it comes to new experiences + stimuli, so we booked him for a mini groom to trim his face and start getting him acclimated. Jason was super understanding and very patient in helping him calm down to get all the steps done. We will definitely be coming back when it's time for a full trim!

Very unprofessional I went today to get my chow chow groomed and immediately I could sense attitude from the groomer. I honestly feel like she did not want to groom my dog before we even got there and also had a attitude with me over how I wanted my dog cut due to her balding and skin irritation but I will not go here! Very upset if she was scared should have never accepted my appointment my dog is super sweet not aggressive at all but even she could sense the lady was rude

I am SO THRILLED with the grooming that Ella provided for my elderly, nervous, toothless, near-deaf and -blind dog. I was very worried because he is such a fragile pup and likely near the end of his life. He is so anxious around strangers, I was concerned a too-stressful grooming experience would wreck his nerves and send his health downhill. The moment I picked him up, I knew the folks at Woof Gang really listened and heard my concerns — he wasn’t panicked like he sometimes is after grooming. I also had a tall order for the grooming itself — our dog looks like a sweet little mop, and has long, soft guard hair over his fur that we prefer to be kept long, while trimming his legs and undersides close to keep things neat on walks. After 15 years with dog, Ella was the first and ONLY groomer who nailed it, leaving his coat long and luxurious where we wanted. He still looks like himself, instead of a pitiful short-shorn puppy. TEN STARS!
