10/10 highly recommend! I have been taking classes at Yirii for the past year and have absolutely love LOVED every second of it! The classes make learning fun, the teachers are awesome and so talented— they don’t just teach you the moves, but make it a priority to also teach the rich history and culture of Latin dance. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and put their heart into it! The community of dancers here is also so welcoming and kind, there are monthly dance socials to practice and connect with others, so you will make great friendships here too! Very beginner friendly but also challenging in the right way. I am impressed with how much I’ve improved since I started thanks to Yirii. So grateful I found Yirii and this new hobby and would encourage anyone who is thinking about starting or even continuing their dance journey to give Yirii a chance, you won’t regret it!

The instructors are great. They care more about helping their students discover who they are as dancers than they do about making copies of themselves. While the performance teams are AMAZING, the ability to dance socially is held in higher regard than memorizing choreography. Yirii respects the cultures from which the dances came, and delivers organic musicality as opposed to the hyper gentrified smoothness "studio dancers" are sometimes known for. If I could attend multiple times a week, I would. Oh, and the monthly social dances are a blast!

I've taken classes at many different studios, but this is the place where I could actually see growth and improvement as a dancer. The instructors here are truly invested in each student's progress. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, yet each class has a new challenge. At Yirii you won't feel like just another number in a class.

Highly recommend! If you plan to travel the level of skill you can achieve here will allow you to comfortably walk in to any dance scene. Detailed instruction and corrections are made that have taken me to the next level. Between that and a fun and welcoming vibe, I can't get enough!
