Busting from out of town. Great focus on form, intention and movement. Really like the infrared heating system over the hot air blowing type. And the music selections from different yoga guides were stellar!! Really enjoyed the energy and vibe of the entire studio.

This is my favorite yoga studio for so many reasons: great location, challenging (and fun) classes, knowledgeable instructors, but most of all, the studio owners Andrew and Andria are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Oh, and your class blocks never expire.

If you're looking for a life you can love, freedom in your body (now and until you're 85), and exceptional performance this is your studio. This practice has totally flipped my world upside down, and helped me thoughtfully reconsider what I "knew" to be true in my yoga practice and life in general. 2 Years later after graduating from the Yoga Better Training, I can wholeheartedly say the ybT is undoubtedly the most thorough and revolutionary gift Andrew offers to the community, of yoga practitioners and HUMANS in general. I love YogaBetter! I've taken Yoga all over town at different locations, and Yoga Better is the only place I haven't injured something. The teachers are amazing and the classes make your body feel great. Plus the people are fun!
