Now in 2026 I started Restore on Mondays at 1030 a.m. with Claudia. She is absolutely the best and she makes sure I am comfortable with each pose.I feel so relaxed and also energised after class!

All of the instructors are fantastic. I always leave class feeling energized, relaxed, and in a much better headspace. They create a welcoming and positive environment that makes every class enjoyable. I went to Toanne’s Yoga Pilates class today and she does an amazing job encouraging newcomers while still challenging all of us to find a new edge in our practice.

Claudia’s Hot class is phenomenal! Such juicy tunes that drop you right into the moment. Her voice was clear and word choice direct. Gave plenty of room to modify, which truly lets you make your practice your own. Not rushed. So so good!

Very gentle practice. I can see it being perfect for beginners and as a wonderful restorative practice after a more vigorous workout. I will take this class again for the feeling of calm it provides during and throughout the rest of my day.
