Gigi and Reagan are the best instructors! Their Sculpt classes have always a sweet balance of a solid workout, good variety of muscle involvements and yet still mindful. It is not just full of repetitive easy moves, like most of places.

If your a Mom with a busy schedule I do not recommend, I drove 25 minutes to get to this class at 4pm, i got there at 4:02 and the doors were locked and I was charged a $12 fee. This is the only time I had to work out today. Thanks !

One of the best studios I’ve been to. The instructors care to know your name and are always friendly, the music is amazing and the classes will give you a great workout!

I have never been to a workout studio where all the instructors are all amazing!!! Workouts are challenging but doable and very rewarding ! I went from using 3lbs to 8lbs weights in only a couple of weeks! Highly highly recommend Brenna - 12/10 music and so encouraging and kind !!

I had an incredible experience at floo-id yoga today! The studio was impeccably clean, and there was no unpleasant odor to distract from the practice. The convenient location next to Whole Foods and ProteinHouse makes it easy to nourish your body before or after class. The staff was exceptional, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend floo-id yoga for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic hot yoga session in a top-notch facility!
