Went to the Winter Solstice event lead by Amanda yesterday and it was amazing. The studio is very inviting and has a nice relaxing peaceful vibe. Amanda led us through a relaxing flow and then a guided mediation for the solstice. We were all given crystals, lavender, pine needles, mini pinecones, and mini rose buds to create an Orb to use as a ornament or other decoration. They turned out beautiful and meaningful. Will definitely be back to attend another of Amanda's classes/events. She was wonderful

This studio is so authentic. They have many yoga modalities to choose from, such as vinyasa, yoga nidra, sound healing, kundalini and yin. It has a peaceful, positive vibe. The teachers and the community are so welcoming and caring.

A yoga studio for the new yogi, and the experienced yogi. The atmosphere here is soft and magical. There is no other place I would rather be. Amazing teachers, amazing yogis! Surya offers life transforming practices, that you can carry with you off the mat.

I have practiced at several yoga studios and Surya is the most authentic, it truly is a mind, body and spirit practice. The owner Amy as well as all the teachers understand this and teach the practice to incorporate all aspects and meet you where you are in the mat, to take you on a journey of physical and mental growth, which is the ultimate expression of good health. There are a variety of classes, workshops, and retreats. The teachers are caring, knowledgeable about yoga, and welcome you to their community. I have left each class rejuvenated and wanting more.
