In town for a few days & found this absolute gem on a studio. I drove 30 minutes from where I was staying & if I was in town longer I would've snuck in another class. I did the 9am Fire Flow class with Avery. She was amazing, I have been doing yoga for about 3 years now & this was definitely one of my top 2 favorite flows I have ever done. The Cinematic Studio definitely elevated my experience. The Outdoor Patio is perfect for cooling off after a hot steamy class. The cold washcloth you receive at the end of the class is the cherry on top. Beautiful work 👏 Will be looking forward to bringing my girlfriends back & doing a class together!

I recently took a morning Vinyasa flow while I was in town for a conference, and from the moment I walked in the doors it felt so welcoming. The studio has a clean, professional vibe and everything was really well kept. Nikki taught my class and it was really good—great cues and super creative sequencing. Honestly, it went by way too fast (in the best way). I also got to check out their merch and left with a tank top as a little souvenir. Would definitely come back next time I’m in town!

I can’t say enough good things about Namaste Yoga. The instructors are not only highly skilled, but also kind, motivating, and attentive. The hot yoga classes are thoughtfully designed and truly transformative — both physically and mentally. The studio itself feels like a sanctuary, and the sense of community is genuine and uplifting. I always leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and grateful. Namaste Yoga is an elevated yoga experience in every way!

I have always enjoyed yoga, but I have never experienced a studio like Namaste Yoga. Members, teachers and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Then when you walk in the class studio, it is like a transformation. Between the warmth, the cinematic screen, and the entire vibe each teacher brings to the space, it is really inspiring and amazing. I am so glad I tried this place out. Now I can’t go anywhere else! There really aren’t words to describe the euphoria you feel after each class. I cannot recommend this place enough!
