Having practised yoga since the 80s and been a Yoga Flame member almost since the beginning 20 or so years ago, I have yet to come across better Yoga classes and studio design. It's not too hot, it's not too crowded, it's clean and comfortable without misplaced competitive vibes. Just good humour, peaceful, respectful practice at every level, allowing you to move properly and grow better at your own pace. Of course I would recommend it, but for some reason Pilates has become more fashionable. Luckily I know the value of what works for me and has kept me in good health to age and heal. Hopefully the team at Yoga Flame will keep going for as long I do!
Love Yoga Flame! Teachers are amazing esp. Tamblyn, Mary and Gabor. They’re experts, technical and professional. Have been doing 5 to 6 times weekly and it’s helped with my posture immensely.
Top-notch facility that I haven't come across in a while. Clean, well-set-up, and meticulously maintained, right down to the mats, blocks, and all the essentials. There's a real sense of community here; everyone pitches in to keep the space feeling cared for and welcoming. Every teacher leading the classes was so grounded yet fully present, striking the perfect balance of encouragement while gently reminding us to honour our current limits and stay mindful. Shoutout to Gabor and Emma. They clearly know their stuff and handpick seasoned instructors who bring fresh energy every time. No two classes feel the same, turning each session into an enriching, varied experience that keeps one coming back.
