Great instructor who encourages us to take it easy while challenging at the same time. Talks through details of poses and how they affect the body. I like the big space and the windows also. Good vibes all around.
Wow I came for a foundations lesson at lunch for my first yoga class in 10 years, I left feeling calm and refreshed ready to take on the rest of the day. There is lots of space and a very inviting staff. No rushing or pressure to sign a contract but the prices are very fair and ill be back
Absolutely love this studio! The teachers are very well-trained and always create a supportive, positive environment. I really appreciate the variety of classes offered, including hot yoga, which keeps things fresh and exciting. The instructors are not only skilled but also very friendly and helpful, making every session enjoyable. On top of that, the management is flexible and accommodating, which makes the whole experience even better. Truly deserving of a 10/10
