Tracey's yin class is better than therapy

I can not say enough good things about Yoga Refuge. Tracy's yin yoga class is always a highlight of my week. All of the teachers are wonderful but Tracy's class is especially nurturing and grounding. I also love the gentle yoga offerings. I've also really loved attending their special events, such as the sound baths with yin or restorative yoga. The space is so beautiful and calming and I always try to grab a spot right by the windows and plants! If you are thinking of trying Yoga Refuge, don't hesitate, you won't regret it! Come fill up your cup!

Yoga Refuge is such a gem! Every class I’ve taken is deeply therapeutic and offers just what I needed (often what I didn’t even know I needed). I feel so lucky to have this yoga studio in my neighborhood and am grateful for the community that’s fostered in the space.
