Yoga Sanctuary is one of my favorite places to practice yoga! Krista’s Sunday evening classes are amazing. It is always a great way to end the weekend and prepare for another week. I love that I have the option to join via zoom because I usually fall asleep right after the yoga and meditation!
I took the Holistic Hatha Yoga with Laura and had a really great experience. It was a really great restorative class. Laura was very knowledgeable and friendly. She offered a lot of instructions as well as modifications. The class was a slower pace that focused in on noticing how the body felt and moved to each poses. It allowed me to focus in on my body to where I had tension or stagnant energy. Really great class! I would highly recommend. I left feeling so much more grounded.
