Yoga Spirit has excellent teachers and a big range of options in types of classes. The teachers are very encouraging and accommodating of people at all levels. It has a lovely community feel while being very professional. Also, they provide all the props so you can actually turn up without anything, although I do take my own yoga mat.
A wonderful yoga studio, very friendly and welcoming and deeply grounded in traditional Himalayan lineage with holistic teaching incorporating breathwork and relaxation as well as asanas (poses). The 3-day Yoga Nidra immersion class was exactly what I’d hoped for as a beginner. As well as providing many opportunities for deep relaxation this course also gives the philosophy and teaching behind this practice, connecting this to the broader tradition and teachings of yoga and Ayurveda. Vani is a knowledgeable teacher and very gentle and warm in her manner. She meets students where they are at. Thank you Vani! 🙏
Yoga Spirit Studios offers a great range of different types of yoga, sound bath meditation and related courses at their Torrensville studio. I wanted to expand my understanding of yoga and meditation so I joined the 2025 yoga retreat this year. The experience of the beautiful retreat in Kerala, a few nights in a relaxed and peaceful Ashram in Coimbatoire and a couple of touristy days in Bangalore was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend YSS!
