Eliana led a yoga workshop for a hen party I hosted. Eliana brought such a lovely calm presence to the day and set up the space so beautifully. The workshop was the first activity of the day and this worked so well - Eliana welcomed every one into the space and honoured the moment of the day so well, acknowledging the weight of the day and everyone being there together. Eliana was very quickly loved by everyone there. Thank you.

Couldn't recommend Eliana more for her yoga classes or 1-2-1 mentoring sessions! I have just started my second round of 1-2-1 sessions with her as i am learning so much and our classes have had such a positive impact on my mental and physical health. She has such a calm and gentle approach when teaching and really listens to how I am feeling and what I might need on the day, whether this be gentle encouragement to challenge my body or to focus more on breathing practices. She is a wonderful teacher and I always leave our sessions feeling calm and empowered ✨️

Eliana was the perfect yoga teacher for our Zen Hen Do! And I imagine she'd be perfect for any event you had in mind. Eliana was quick to respond and really helpful via email and telephone in the lead up and planning of the event. She led a really fun and relaxing yoga class for us that was suitable for all physical abilities and experience levels. Eliana was lovely to have around and a really sunny presence at the Hen Do - she put us all at ease. :) Thanks Eliana!
