I’ve been coming here for a while now and I wanted to say a few things: - Kellie, had the best BEST Saturday morning the other week with your class, I’ve been talking about it to everyone and I wanted to say it here to hopefully get more classes of you because it is not easy to do a class with so many different levels on it! - Lee, I am addicted to your Monday classes, they are so hard that in that moment I am thinking why the hell I am here? Hah but I have so much fun with your comments and the energy is so amazing. Now I can’t live with a Monday without your class! I am also feeling my body is with less sore muscles. - Joanne, I started coming here because your Tuesday classes fascinated me. Thank you for being so caring and considerate, it’s a pleasure learning from you! With love, Alba

Such a lovely studio! Megs has such a great teaching style I love her classes and genuinely feel I learn and grow so much in her practices. Her class sequences are thought out and well planned, can’t wait to come to more! Thank you very much ❤️

I’m not sure how body-positive this studio is after my experience there. I’m an overweight hatha yoga practitioner who was trying to get back into yoga after a ski injury and was struggling with some positions in my first class. I was pretty proud of how it went but the first thing the instructor said to me when I went outside was “yeah, I don’t really get anymore basic than this”. When I said that’s fine, I’m just coming out of an injury, there was no encouragement or kind words. I never asked for things to be more basic nor did I expect that. They had just assumed. I didn’t go back. In reply, I’m positing this now because some people have shared with me their experiences of dealing with presumptuous attitudes at various yoga studios and I thought I should speak out about my experience. Just ask “How did you find the class?”, before assuming how someone feels.
