We worked with Emily from Your Perfect Bridesmaid as our day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely incredible. From the very start, she became our go-to expert, guiding us through the timeline, asking thoughtful questions we never would have considered, and helping us figure out exactly what we wanted for our day. There was so much we didn’t know, and Emily made the entire planning process feel clear, manageable, and even fun. She also handled communication with all of our vendors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Because of her, I was able to fully enjoy the morning getting ready, knowing everything behind the scenes was being taken care of flawlessly. Emily organized our rehearsal and walkthrough with ease, and our bridal party loved working with her. She was professional, calm, and completely on top of every detail. Communication with Emily was fantastic. She responded quickly to emails, set up helpful video calls, and coordinated an on-site venue walkthrough as we got closer to the wedding. Working with Your Perfect Bridesmaids (YPB) was an absolute dream. If you are thinking if you should pay for a day of coordinator, let me tell you that this one is the best. We had a 100 person wedding with about a year and a half of planning time from when we booked to the wedding date. What made YPB perfect was that they had a ton of resources to help you plan. This included helpful guides on budget tracking, vendor recommendations, seating charts assignments, and an extremely detailed day of timeline, to name a few. The biggest help was when we were struggling to find ivory long sleeve shirts for the groomsmen. My husband had talked to custom suit shops and no one could accommodate the sizes we needed. We talked with our coordinator and in two days she had found a place that we could get the suits from. We had Ashley Wittwer as our lead coordinator. I cannot say enough amazing things about Ashley. She made sure we stayed on track the last couple weeks leading up to the wedding. With YPB you not only get your lead coordinator but you do get a second one on the day to help out. At our wedding YPB made sure that me, my family, and the wedding party didn’t have to think about anything. Ashley took care of everything on the day. All the planning and timeline work we did before the wedding meant that Ashley just executed the plan. Ashley also helped remind us to “have our moment”, this is something that helped make sure we really soaked all of it in. I am truly so thankful for all that Ashley did for us. Booking a YPB planner will be the best decision you will make when planning your wedding.

What a great service! Having a person helping us with all the logistics and vendors was such a huge help! We wanted a day of wedding coordinator and got so much more. Lisa N was the best, always open to emailing, and she kept us on track with vendors and ideas. The day of, she was amazing and brought our perfect wedding together; it was everything we could have asked for. She was so open and welcoming to our entire wedding party and family.
