Thank goodness we called for a general maintenance service on our washer and dryer. Justin K. came out and found that one of the washer hoses was bulging and on the verge of splitting. In an upstairs laundry room, this would have been a very expensive disaster. Justin replaced the hose, tightened and checked the others, and checked and cleaned the dryer too. All is working great now!

Just bought a new refrigerator. We've bought all our appliances there for years, since we learned our lesson at the big box store. Zajic has superior support and service. The sales people really know their stuff, and we totally trust their advice. Yeah, we pay a little more, but its totally worth the piece of mind.

I called this store recently for help with my dryer that wasn’t working, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was trying to explain the issues I’d noticed and get an idea of what the repair might cost. However, the person who answered the phone seemed pretty stressed out and ended up being quite rude to me. I understand that everyone has tough days, but as a customer, I didn’t appreciate being cut off and talked down to when I was just trying to give them the details they asked for, like my dryer model (which I did share). At the end of the call, I even mentioned that I felt disrespected, because I believe every potential customer deserves basic courtesy. It left me feeling really frustrated and honestly, I didn’t even catch the person’s name to provide more specific feedback. I hope the management can improve their customer service approach, because I really wanted to use their services. But based on this experience, I’m not sure I’d recommend them.

I am beyond impressed with this company!!! Shortly after I filled out my on line form, I was contacted by friendly and helpful staff to schedule an appointment. They were able to fit me in within 2 days. My technician showed up promptly. He was professional, funny, and informative. I have a very old oven that I thought I would have to replace. On the recommendation of my brother (who has used this company for many of the properties he manages) I gave them a try. WOW!!! It was diagnosed quickly, the parts were readily available on his truck, it was replaced and put back together before I knew it! I have gone months without an oven and now I have it back!! Thank you so much. The pricing is very reasonable and 100 percent worth it!

Unprofessional Service and Poor Communication I ordered a washer and dryer from Zajic Appliance and experienced unacceptable service at every turn. The ordering process was incomplete - no one inquired about the location of my appliances within my home, a basic detail for delivery planning. On delivery day, the driver called me with a 30-minute arrival window, only to appear 2.5 hours later with zero communication about the delay. Upon arrival, the delivery person became visibly agitated when informed the units were upstairs - information that should have been collected during purchase. He called for assistance since he was alone, then disappeared for 45 minutes without updating me on the situation. When I offered to find help to expedite the process, he refused. Concerned about meeting work obligations, I called the store for assistance. Rather than addressing my legitimate concerns, the store representative deflected responsibility by explaining the delivery person was “grumpy because he has to wait for help and it’s pushing out his other appointments.” This demonstrates a concerning pattern of blaming customers for their operational failures. To make matters worse, they failed to install the dryer properly, which immediately tripped the circuit breaker when tested. Instead of resolving this issue, they left without fixing it. So not only was their service unprofessional, but the installation itself was incomplete and potentially hazardous. If you value reliability, communication, and professional service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your appliance needs. EDIT: After their departure, I discovered property damage from the installation. This further demonstrates their carelessness and lack of professionalism, as they neither documented nor took responsibility for damage caused during their service.
