The staff here was great with a courtesy resizing of my daughters ring. We were quickly welcomed and assisted by the manager. My daughter explained the need for a ring not purchased at Zales to be resized. In a few minutes they resolved the issue. Definitely would return.

I was going through the list of reviews because my husband and I are shopping for rings, and I saw a review left by a Michaela Fuentes...and honestly was so turned off by the photo of a beautiful ring on a hand with dirty finger nails. Ew, gross. Going to have to pass on this place if that's the kind of mess that this outlet sells to. Moving on to Jared or Michael Kors, thanks.

I can't say enough great things about Riley and Dean at Zales outlet in norfolk. They had outstanding customer service and helped us out with a situation with our jewelry unlike the service we received at Kay's. We will definitely from now on continue to use Zales for all of our jewelry needs!! 5 stars hands down!

Stopped in to get a necklace untangled. The staff Riley and Desi were more than helpful with this. They were friendly and knowledgeable! Even showed me some great ideas and tips for some upcoming purchases. I will be visiting this location again!!!

Riley is fabulous. My now fiancé had proposed and gotten a size too big on the ring. The jeweler he got it from said it would be 8 weeks to resize. Riley was so helpful and had it done in no time. Her enthusiasm for jewelry, her professionalism, timely assistance, and overall vibe is incredible. I left feeling great, secure in the work done on my jewelry, happy with the customer service, and excited to go back to pick our wedding bands. Thanks Riley!!
