I got my oil changed there 10/31 yesterday the oil just started running out so I had to quickly get it off the road and looked at the mechanic found that there was no filter so asked who changed my oil last. Funny thing is they didn’t put and updated sticker but I do see the charge and date so now I have to file a claim. This is not acceptable it may have messed up the engine just because the work wasn’t done right. I guess they are closed but I will be calling again tomorrow.

I came here today, but they're closed maybe because it's raining today? Oct 8,2023 On the weekends they're busy. They have oil change service with a free wash. It's nice to see your car becomes fresh after it get washed. When it's busy, they don't dry it properly. Halloween car wash 10/30/2025 It's quite fun, especially if you bring your kids. It's a long line to get in. They charge $10/car. You drive your car inside the car wash in a neutral but be prepared :) they do a quick wipe to dry the car.

If I could give zero Stars definitely would do that. The service here has went down. They probably don't care that they're losing a customer that's been coming for years. Apparently the car washing detail and oil do not talk to each other whatsoever I was explicitly asked if I wanted my car washed with the oil change. I said yes knowing and understanding that it would just be exterior. They asked if I wanted to pay extra 15 to have the interior done. I replied yes It is hot. We've spent quite a bit of time here and just we're ready to leave when they let me know that my car was done and when I approached my car I could see the inside had not been cleaned and when I explained that I had asked to have the insight done and I was willing to pay for it. They just told me that the two entities don't communicate very well all the time. So just forgot to charge me and acted as if I should just say okay and leave. Why would I spend all this time to get my oil change chair specifically unless I didn't want to get my car washed and detailed Of it all. When they told me my car was done they left a wet rag on the windshield that I had to take off and I'm driving away and there is debris all over the dashboard on the interior. They didn't even touch it. Complete jerks that wanted quick money and a lazy job.

Broke off and shattered my side mirror, then tried to hide it in my center consol. When I spoke to the manager, he said, "It is existing damage," and that I should have known it could break. He popped it back into place, still shattered, and stood by his statement that it was existing damage. He refuses to give me the big pieces that came off as well. When I arrived, there was no mention of mirrors being shattered and hidden. DO NOT COME TO ZOOM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE SMASHED! UPDATE it only gets worse with Zoom car wash. The main manager left the site while I was talking to him. The next manager said he understood, but there was nothing I could do except come back again tomorrow to talk to the same person who walked out on our conversation. A third person was arrived trying to "work something out" with the second manager for me, and they went to "the office" and did not return. The cashier repeatedly told me they were trying to figure out what to do and that I had to wait. The business started locking up the shop, and I asked where the office was. Cashier said glass window at the end of the hall. There was no office there. She then said it's upstairs. Everyone literally left, and there were two cars in the back and one gate open, so I had to drive away before getting locked in. The sheer level of disrespect and dishonestly from this business makes me wonder how they are still in business. I am a hard-working mother trying to survive. A business like Zoom car wash does not care about their customers or the hardships their business causes!

Spent $60 on a car detail with seat wipe down and my car came back with the seats still dirty and the floors with trash and food from when I went in. Smudges on front window. Roof still dirty. Doesn’t seem like they clean well, they try to just get you done quick. Guess that’s why they are called ZOOM. Wouldn’t recommend.
