Excellent and highly recommended! The doctor was professional and kind, and very understanding as I struggled with calmly providing all the info, through feeling sick and being in pain. She also gave excellent me instructions on the hows and whys of the Rx. The whole appointment went quick and smooth, and was affordable. It's so great to have reliable care available nearby, on short notice!

Dr. Paula Lins took the time to listen, investigate, and truly understand my concerns. Dr. Lins offered above and beyond patient care, and made me feel comfortable speaking with her about my medical issues. It was abundantly clear that Dr. Lins cared about my concerns and the treatment I received in her office. The staff were incredibly kind and professional as well. This location will be my new go-to urgent care. Highly recommended.

I had fallen a couple days before my cruise. This Urgent care is within walking distance from the cruise docks in Seattle. After 10 days of constant chest pain I felt I needed to be checked just to make sure I hadn’t injured more than I thought. Confirmed it’s a bruised sternum and can take weeks to months to heal. The staff took a thorough assessment and I have to remember that sometimes things can’t be fixed. Just time will heal this issue. I appreciated the concern and care they gave me. 👍

Top notch care, concern and effort given to ease my pain after a fall I had. My bruised sternum has given me extreme pain for 10 days and I was concerned I injured something internal also. She assessed me thoroughly, and basically I have to ride out the pain. But at least I confirmed my alternatives. Thank you for your thorough assessment. I truly appreciated your help.

My teen-age daughter was seen at ZoomCare on 9/19/2025 and received outstanding care. Her doctor was kind, thorough, and really went above and beyond. Virginia Mason, which is her usual provider, suggested ZoomCare because they couldn't see her for a week. I was initially hesitant, but my daughter later reported it was the best medical appointment she'd ever had. The waiting room was pristine, the front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful, her appointment started ON TIME (!!), and her doctor was just outstanding. We will be back, for sure.
