Above and beyond customer service that was refreshing to see. Haider is one of a kind. He is extremely knowledgeable and shows a clear passion and skill for his craft. I had a battery replaced for MacBook Air. It was same day service and Haider emphasized the six month warranty. I also appreciate that Haider does not use aftermarket batteries.

My 2021 apple laptop was not working. I took it to the Apple Store at Marketmall. They diagnosed two keys on the keyboard that was sticking. they did a superficial cleaning of the keyboard. They did not remove the pads of the affected keys and do a cleaning. They quoted me a price of approximately more than $550 to replace the keyboard (price included parts and labour, warranty for the work would be 90 days). They recommended that I buy a new laptop. I then took the laptop to Apple Expert; they diagnosed the problem within a few minutes (involved in taking the laptop apart and confirming that this was its only problem). and recommended a new keyboard ( no mention of replacing it with a new $2000 apple laptop). The work was performed within a few days with parts and labour about $478. In addition the warranty for the work performed is 6 months. Cheaper bill, longer warranty, thorough diagnostics immediately once you bring it in!

After spilling pickle juice onto, and into, the keyboard of my open MacBook Air, I was pessimistic that it could be fixed. I first took my laptop to an Apple Authorized Service Provider and their suggestion was to replace the laptop. Before doing so, I decided to take my laptop to one other repair shop. I read up on Apple Expert, who have Apple Certified Tech., and took it there. I was helped within five minutes of arriving at Appler Expert, with no appointment. Haider took apart my laptop and showed me the visible damage, and gave me a free quote. As I was interested in how he made the repairs he also gave me a quick overview of what he does. It was interesting and impressive. My MacBook Air was fixed and ready for pickup the following day, at half the price of what it would have cost me to replace the laptop. Haider was professional, honest, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I will be directing any of my friends or family here for Apple product issues going forward. Thank you!

I had a bad experience here. I went in to replace the battery in my 2016 MacBook Pro after being told they only use Apple parts. Along with the battery, they sold me an additional thing that was supposed to stop my computer from overheating. Shortly after the repair, my charger would no longer connect properly. The shop blamed my cable and tried to sell me more products. When I went to the Apple Store, they opened it and showed me that a much smaller non-Apple (Chinese) battery had been installed! On this model, the battery should be replaced together with the keyboard, but when they changed my battery they ripped it out instead, kept my original keyboard, scratched my speakers, and damaged the charging and USB ports. I don’t know if they did anything else! Also, the computer is still overheating and making noise despite what I was sold. While the battery life did improve, I was misled and my laptop was physically damaged. Very disappointing and dishonest service.
