I enrolled my children looking for an activity for them, and now I will definitely enroll myself as well. Highly qualified staff and, above all, a great space for my children to grow and thrive in this wonderful activity. First-class facilities and service. The coaches provide very close and supportive guidance to the children.

Amazing team and facility! Very friendly and approachable. A friend introduced me to their boxing class in December and I’ve been going consistently ever since! They offer a great range of classes and an online platform for booking that’s super user friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I was looking for a great way to get my son into more activities outside of soccer. 1MR is a great small family run business that make you feel like family. 1MR on Dufferin has been a great experience for my son he’s learning so much. Thank you 😊

My son started training at 1MR Martial Arts Academy just a month ago, and I’m already seeing incredible changes in him — both in his personality and his body! He has ADHD and is usually very active, but since joining these classes, he’s become more relaxed and focused, both at school and at home. He was also a bit overweight before, and he’s already starting to slim down and feel more confident. He absolutely loves the classes, and as a mom, I can truly see the professionalism and high level of instruction the academy provides. We’re so happy with his progress and grateful for the positive impact 1MR has had on his life!

This place is truly my second home. There’s always a reason to be here, whether it’s to learn how to fight, train hard or just enjoy the atmosphere (therapy) especially if you like music 😁. The gym is always welcoming, safe, and completely ego-free. Everyone is welcome here, no matter their experience level. If you’re looking to learn boxing, kickboxing, or simply take your fitness to the next level, this is the place for you. Led by certified personal trainers and former professional fighters, you’ll be in the best hands. 🙏
