Exactly service! They fix my printer, it did took month to fix it but I really messed up the printer so that's on me. They also recommend what would be good for beginners. And the guy who fix it really nice and understand. I do recommend if you need your printer fix and get supplies too!

To all who search for experts to guide them through difficult waters, search no further. 3DHerndon is the ONLY place I will get my supplies and support from going forward. I was looking for someone who really knew 3D printing and not just sold pieces and parts, like so many others. I was pleasantly surprised by their general interest in what I had, what I wanted to print, and my good and bad experiences with what I current had, a Creality CR-10 Smart (3 years). 3D Herndon worked with me on a few prints and showed me just how dedicated they were in supporting my successful prints for my woodworking sharpening platform, and they nailed it. Fast forward, and I now have a new Bambu X1C w/ AMS, and it is NIGHT AND DAY, as compared to my older unit. By the way, it only took me 11 minutes to sell the old unit on Facebook Marketplace and they picked it up last night. Win Win. All in all, I am super happy with 3DHerndon for educating me on everything, and how they gracefully pulled me into the present day. Setup was absolutely PAINLESS! 3D Herndon is a fantastic resource, and we’re fortunate to have them right here in Northern Virginia. I found these guys after I bought my A1 printer and wanted to find the bambu filament locally. They are by far one of the most amazing shops of any kind I've ever been in. I could easily buy what I get online but I really enjoy going to their shop. They have almost anything you could ever want for your printer and if they don't, they'll go out of their way to get it. Rann ( spelling ) and Jr are two of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. They have top notch product and service, for 3D printing nobody is even close. No matter how busy they are they always take the time to answer my questions or help me find something. You will not find a better shop. I have sent several friends outside the area to them online and they tell me their shipping is very quick and perfectly executed. I can't recommend them enough.

Had a great experience working with JR with both repair work and new printers. Looking forward to trying some of their classes! Recommend calling them during regular business hours. They’re super helpful over the phone but less responsive over email.
