It’s a really great studio, probably the best in okc metro area. I can’t figure out why class offerings are so sparse. Would get a membership if there were more options. But not a single weekday morning class? Seriously?

This place and Megan are magic! You'll never feel more at home doing yoga than you will here. I've gotten my YTT, my yin certificate, and made a lot of friends and positive connections. I love this place and all it does for the community.

Melanie was a fabulous instructor who really engaged all levels of students. I appreciated the care they took in making a space for everyone and providing assists that felt supportive. It was especially nice to see Arrie, someone in 405's Yoga Teacher Training, aid in the class as well. It's a beautiful community here for all!

Such an awesome yoga studio. Took my very first yoga class ever today and it was such a great experience . Definitely pushed myself a little, but in the best way possible, but there was zero pressure. I felt encouraged and comfortable enough to be able to give myself a push a little bit further out of my comfort zone and was pleasantly surprised. I will absolutely be back for future classes! Staff and other class-takers were so very sweet, I felt very welcomed.
