I enjoy BYB. I appreciate the 5:30 am classes ! The instructors are knowledgeable & well prepared . Highly recommend.
Amazing instructors and awesome variety of classes for all people. It is a very welcoming environment that feels like home ♥️
Went during a visit and I wish I could have taken this studio home with me! I usually shy away from 60 minute classes, thinking I’ll lose interest or focus but Sara guided us through and interesting, comprehensive, engaging workout. The studio has a beautiful feel to it and is adjacent to a cute coffee shop and boutique that are also worth visits.
Balance. Yoga. Barre. Is simply and effective! They offer classes all the above and more. I truly love that they offer classes in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Especially love their weekend selection as I often am unable to make midday workouts. They provide mats, balance balls, weights, bands, and really anything you need to enjoy the class. I attend the 8th street market location which offers a restroom but no water fountain. They offer changing rooms inside the studio. The staff is always friendly and they are experts at what they do. If your considering, they have free first classes.
Got a chance to try out a free class of hot yoga upon the recommendation of friends and had enjoyed the one hour plus of breathing, stretching and simply focus on the here-&-now. Yoga mats and blocks are available for you to use if you don't have one and the instructions are easy to follow. If you are new to yoga, simply tell the instructor and he/she will be more than willing to check on your poses throughout the class. Hot yoga, as the name implies, is done in a very warm environment as they turn on the heaters all around the perimeter of the space. You can stay in the middle of the room if you don't want to be too warm along the walls. Anyway, having practice yoga on and off for the last two years, hot yoga is a nice alternative way. Being in a warm space, your muscles warm and loosen up faster. Do hydrate well as you will be perspiring alot. And bring a towel as you will be dripping wet!
