Magic! Deanna’s lunchtime class was a good quick stretch and check in with my body. But also she uses her sound bowls and aromatherapy at the end of class. Her words of wisdom and calming presence are such a gift.

Was able to come take class while in town visiting and it totally changed my brain chemistry. The space is beautiful and so peaceful. Class sequencing was thoughtful and clear, I felt I could truly release into my body and be fully present.

My first restorative class at Mortal Yoga was incredible. The space is beautiful!! It felt so comfortable and very welcoming. Devin is an absolute gentle giant. I was imediately guided gently into a deep practice of presence, awareness and connectedness. I felt safe and my body was able to let go and just be. Thank you for the much needed restoration! I look forward to growing my practice here. Highly recommend!!
