AAA Heating and Cooling continually provide amazing service and maintenance on all of our appliances. So much so that we only go to them for our large home appliance needs. Their technicians are always so friendly and knowledgeable, plus they take the time to explain what they are doing and the needs of our furnace and ducting. Shout out to Joe as he was very pleasant and did great work on our furnace servicing recently. Highly recommend them.

I spent a lot of time researching how to upgrade from a 1990s HVAC system to a modern heat pump, and in the process I received not just multiple estimates, but very different diagnoses of what my house actually needed — including the scope of the duct reconstruction needed. That made it really important to find a company that would slow down, do real due diligence, and explain their approach in a way I could trust. AAA Heating did exactly that. They took the time to assess both the system and the ductwork carefully, were honest about tradeoffs, and were willing to take second looks and work collaboratively on a design that made sense for my house. Their pricing was very fair, and throughout the process I felt a high level of trust in everyone I interacted with. Despite the complexity of the duct work, installation went smoothly, and they were flexible and professional when I asked for a few adjustments. The end result is a major upgrade, and I’m genuinely happy with how the system performs. I interacted with many people at AAA over the course of the project and was impressed across the board. Cristen, in particular, was a pleasure to work with and helped make the entire experience a positive one. I would absolutely recommend AAA Heating to anyone needing an HVAC upgrade.

TLDR: I highly recommend AAA Heating & Cooling for top-notch HVAC services. My experience has been outstanding and I am absolutely thrilled with my new furnace. Upgrading from my old system was a big decision, but the results have exceeded my expectations! Last year, I received the unwelcome news that my 24-year-old furnace was no longer in good shape. The cost of replacement was higher than anticipated, which initially threw me off balance. I decided to explore all my options. I sought bids from numerous HVAC companies, and though many offered competitive pricing, there was always something missing from their proposals. AAA Heating & Cooling stood out because of their accurate calculations, top-of-the-line equipment, excellent warranties, stellar reputation, and transparent communication. They weren’t the cheapest option, but I understood that opting for the lowest price often means compromising on quality. My home is the most important place in the world to me. Realizing that I might live with this equipment for the next 20 years, I knew I didn’t want to cut corners. On the other side of this significant investment, I’m incredibly happy with my decision to work AAA and I love my new furnace. The new variable speed furnace has been a game changer. With our old system, we used to hear it kick on, and the metal vents would rattle loudly. This new furnace operates so quietly that it has faded into the background. The temperature now remains precisely as we set it, with no fluctuations. We enjoy a consistent, comfortable environment throughout the day. I’m also very pleased with the Daikin thermostat. The touchscreen interface is sleek and intuitive. The mobile app allows convenient control from my phone. Setting up preferences was easy. I’ve got it programmed to drop the temp every night around bedtime which means I’m even sleeping better thanks to AAA Heating & Cooling! The thermostat includes a reminder for changing the filter, which is a thoughtful touch. I opted for the Aprilaire filter system, so I don’t worry about frequent changes. When it’s time for a swap, the process is really easy. Overall, the improvement in air quality is noticeable. None of this would have been possible without our exceptional installers, Chris and Silvio. WOW! Their work was outstanding. Their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. They took immense pride in their work, which is reflected in the high-quality installation. I gained a newfound respect for the craftsmanship involved in HVAC work. They were courteous and friendly and seemed genuinely happy in their work. At one point, I even heard Silvio singing cheerfully through the ductwork, which made me smile. I felt completely at ease having them in our home and enjoyed their visit so much that I would gladly welcome them back anytime! I have complete confidence that I made the right choice with AAA Heating & Cooling. Their excellent service and commitment to quality have earned my trust, and I know who I’ll be calling for all my future HVAC needs! PREVIOUS REVIEW: I initially scheduled service with Cristen, who was pleasant and easy to work with over the phone. Adam and Jorge came to service my AC and furnace. After a thorough inspection, they informed me that my furnace was no longer safe to run. Fortunately, AAA Heating & Cooling responded promptly. Kayla called me later that day, and Garrett came out to review the equipment. He was well-prepared and provided several detailed quotes, explaining the differences between options and answering all my questions about pricing and the latest furnace technology.

We do not recommend AAA Heating and Cooling. Their technician incorrectly serviced our A/C, did not actually perform a cleaning, and then flooded our utility closet ruining drywall, flooring, and high-end filters. Their 5-star reviews are because they pay their technicians to tell their customers so it will get them bonuses. We are waiting on resolution from AAA ownership for this matter and there is zero urgency on behalf of AAA management.
