After some difficulties and the new charging port not even working, they fixed it and gave me a $100 credit for future repairs! They fixed what they broke and i am very thankful! I appreciate the effort and would go back again. Previous review: I just got my ipad back and it came with big cracks in the screen and an obstruction of the screen that was NOT there before. They took longer to fix it than they said they would. They said that they would replace the screen if they damaged it, but clearly that is not the case. I have attached photos of the damage. Very disappointed, especially because the reviews all seem positive.

Very Courteous customer service, great timing as well. They fixed my iPhone 15 pro back glass and it came out perfect. They even threw in a few freebies which is a huge bonus and very nice of the business to do! I would recommend this place if you’re needing any phone repairs!
