The problems with my phone were driving me crazy. Lots of popup adds saying I had virus and then it just got more complicated. The great staff at Phone Fix Place cleaned it all up in no time. Thank god.

I came here to get my phone fixed and it was a amazing experience. the young man helping was incredible kind and thoughtful about the process. I recently got my phone fixed at an another shop and the screen broke again without reason he told me my phone had been given the incorrect screen for my model. He helped me understand what happened and how to fix it I recommend this place for affordable pricing and thoughtful help. thanks to Stephen

I applaud the owner (a local individual, I was told) for taking the initiative to invest in the Phone Fix Place(s) here in Albuquerque and even more so for his outstanding ability to select individuals who are personable and pleasant, able to feel at ease providing the range of services that customers need due to their own interests in expanding the world of creation via programming and coding. I had called to check on whether an appointment would be required; but also to confirm that the individual available the next day would be able (and willing) to help me figure out how to get my CV from a flash drive into a Dropbox on a job application that I couldn't seem to be able to fill out. I explained to the person who had picked up my call that in the 30+ years since I'd become an Emergency Medicine Physician in the UK, my computer and IT skills have all but disappeared and that I might seem impossible to teach. Assessments, diagnostics, and emails haven't kept me in the loop about how to do many other things. He assured me that the skill which I needed help with would be no problem for the next day's tech expert to guide me through. I was immensely grateful that Jason was an easygoing, but serious, non-judgemental person who patiently guided me through the steps required to complete the multi-sectioned document. I'm quite sure that I wouldn't have been able to figure out what was preventing me from doing so without his help. I should also mention that I wasn't able to receive ANY help with this at the County Organization that I've visited several times requesting this type of assistance. Although I hope that what I've learned from Jason sticks with me and that if I need more help in the future I won't be terrified of returning to the Phone Fix Place again. *One other plus- the atmosphere in the space on Cutler Ave. is filled with natural light and comfortable, large chairs. In all, it was an excellent experience 👍 👍 👍👍👍👍

If I could give this place more stars I would! Everyone was so friendly, Patient and very knowledgeable! I loved and appreciated how thorough they were in checking out my phone while at the same time, explaining to me step by step the process and what was going on with my phone. I also got same day service ( battery replacement for iPhone 13 Pro Max ) and the wait wasn’t terrible at all. A big Thank you to Cyndi and your phenomenal team for your awesome service. I will definitely be back again!

Cyndi and her team are the absolute best. My cat knocked my phone into the full sink and by the time I realized I was 3 beers deep and far to late. I took my phone in and they were able to fix it super fast. They have great options ranging in affordability. All their screens are at the highest quality, and they even have procedures in place help protect the client. If you need something fixed this is the place!!!!
