Approachable, warm and professional. I didn't get a chance to view the property at the set time on Saturday so a private inspection was requested, which Paul graciously accepted. It was also a 40+ degree day! I met Paul at the private and immediately felt welcomed by his warm and professional demeanour. He was approachable, easy to talk to and incredibly honest. Paul was also very patient and happy to answer questions. After the inspection, I communicated and negotiated with William, who was honest and communicative through the whole buying process, which was honestly quite stressful...
