My recruiter, Natalia, is awesome! I’ve been working in the beauty industry for about eight years but then I wanted a drastic change. Natalia was able to take my skills and lead me to the direction of healthcare where I was still able to succeed with my skill set. I’ve been working with Aerotek for about six months and on my assignment for about 5 months. My recruiter is Alicia. The whole job process with her went really smooth. The interview prep we did was really helpful and it definitely helped me gain more confidence when I did the actual interview. She’s also really responsive when I have questions. And it’s nice that she checks up on me every once in a while!

They made sure that I was able to get a direct hire job wherein I match the job description and the work environment so well. From the first day, Annette was very attentive to my requirements and experience. Tennessee made sure that she gets back to me with all my questions within the day and I appreciate her for that. They prepared me for my interview, and my first day. They both were able to find a job that would directly hire me and guide me throughout the process. My experience with both of them was great and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and colleagues. Their approach had a personal touch to it and it made me feel comfortable to be working with them.
