This is the worst PeopleReady in America. Today I am going to find a way to reach upper management and file a complaint. I do not see how this place is still open

Their employees are incredibly rude and unpleasant. I only went for information and they told me they were out of work, only offering online appointments, and the last available appointments are in January 2026. It was a truly awful experience and I wouldn't recommend them.

I've been sitting around for a week for an appointment which I made on 10/22/25 at 2:32pm for today, 10/29/25 at 10:30am. They had no record of this and the man in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional while I acted the way anyone does when they want a job - like you're the most important person in the world right now. He constantly interrupted and raised his voice while I tried to figure out the mix up, and decided the story to go with is that the reason I wasn't on the list is because "somebody called out sick which is why I'm answering the phones and everything else as you can see". That makes no sense, considering I made the appointment a week ago. I have no interest in being the product - the thing they make money off of - for such an unprofessional and sloppy shop. It's also worth noting that multiple people were calling in to figure out where their pay was while I waited in the office, and he dismissed their concerns and was very rude and condescending to them while rushing them off the phone as well. People beware...

I have had 2 bad encounters with Francisco over the phone recently. He really needs to re-evaluate his customer service skills. When it comes to new individuals trying to find and get work!!

They “schedule” you for an in-person interview with a week long wait to see them at their office. They just to take a copy of your ID and nothing else. They were not busy at all nor did they have clients and did not have any jobs available at the time. It almost like they didn’t even know I was coming in. The whole process is pretentious. Call it what it is, just tell me you need to scan my ID. They did this to me twice. The week long wait is complete unnecessary. They won’t tell you what they have until you fill out what they want. Unnecessarily old school scheme tactics.
