Heads-Up Near Buses – Protect Your Ears If you find yourself near a bus, it might be wise to keep your windows up. I recently had an unpleasant experience where a bus driver around 63rd ave and union hills leaving a school, leaned heavily on the horn right next to us—windows down, no visible traffic issue, no warning—just an excessive blast of noise that felt completely unnecessary. Whether it was intentional or just poor judgment, the result was the same: an overwhelming and jarring experience for everyone nearby. If you’re not in the mood for an unexpected burst of sound, I strongly recommend keeping your distance or at least your windows closed around buses. Consider this a heads-up from someone who learned the hard way.

We did a turnaround trip to Disneyland with ASU with over 100 students and the trip went well. Unfortunately my wallet fell between the seat and I accidentally left it. I called in and to my surprise they found it. I had a flight the same day and the driver was kind enough drop it off at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and honestly made my day. Though I missed my flight, I am so grateful that they found my wallet. Updated to 5 stars (don’t know why it was ever 3). As an ASU student, I’ve used AAA multiple times since and had exceptional experiences. Great drivers who go above and beyond.

All Aboard America is my #1 transportation company for Field Trips. I have been a customer of theirs for over a year now and have used their charter bus services for several trips and have positive experiences each time. Drivers are punctual, friendly and accommodating, especially with our elementary-age school groups. The buses are always clean and sanitary. Our tour group to Sedona and the Grand Canyon was very fortunate to have a sweet lady named Shannon Romero as our tour bus driver. We felt completely safe with her at the wheel, even while driving on steep, winding, narrow two-lane roads in the mountains. Not only was she an absolutely excellent driver, but she was also quite knowledgeable about her route and the areas we were visiting. She was professional, informative, accommodating, friendly, cheerful, and charming the entire trip. On Halloween she even provided us with a bucket of candy to enjoy! By the end of the trip, we felt sad that we had to leave our new friend. She is a wonderful asset to All Aboard America! Thank you, Shannon, for making our trip more enjoyable!
