Good to have Rich back, one of there best and there senior driver. I’ll never understand why he doesn’t get more hours. We need more Rich. They treat jr drivers way better. Asarco Ray Mine Run I don’t know who Expose Trahm is or why they would write these things about Rich. I’ve been riding the Bus every day since it started when it was only one 10 hr bus. Rich is one of the safest most well liked drivers we have. I have never heard anyone complain to or about him. I have called and personally complained about the safety of certain drivers. Bring back Rich 5 star driver. Unlike expose I am wont hide behind some made up alias. This is Shaun Stevenson and I reject the lies being made up about Rich.

Our driver Haz made our long (Cali/AZ & back) ride experience the best. He was nothing but smiles when helping out with luggage & getting on & off bus. I truly enjoyed having him as a driver.

I have had the pleasure of riding this bus service for the last 3 years and I have always had amazing service as well as drivers, But Rich is hands down one of the most professional and safe drivers. Very polite and has an amazing attitude each day he is driving, would strongly recommend this service
