We booked Explore AZ VIP Black Betty party bus in December 2023, with a deposit 8 months before for a concert event & 2 days before our event we were called & told it was in the shop they could offer the black Mamba & a small adjustment to the fee…. Being so close to the event we agreed. we asked to verify the A/C was in working order for a hot Arizona day & they assured us it was good to go. It was anything but cool, it was sweltering hot, A/C was not working . When we contacted the owner he said “We will definitely look into and address it. Sorry you’re feeling that hot, it should not be that hot for the guests” The bus was old, dirty & very hot. Feel like we got the old bait & switch… for the fee you pay I would not ever expect that type of service. On a good note Captain Carlos was amazing chauffeur!! Got us to the event & home safe.

We booked this party bus last minute and I did not regret it! My wife planned a surprise bus for me and she said it was the easiest booking ever. The owners communication was excellent. Carlos, our driver, was incredible! He was playing great music and stopped when we wanted. We will definitely be booking another ride with them again. High recommended!!

My friends and I had an amazing time on Explore AZ Bus. Our service was top notch! The driver was friendly and respectful. On time and ready to go! I loved that I could enjoy some drinks with my friends and get our celebration going well before we arrived at our destination.
