Absolutely amazing work, they worked non stop for almost 12 hours. Very clean and great communication. We had our furnace, ac and ac ducts all redone and it like I have a brand new home. They even put a new slab down to level out the ac unit.

What a delight to work with straight-shooting people who have a habit of high level of customer service!

DO NOT USE ALL AMERICAN HEATING AND AIR I had one of the worst experiences with this company, and I want to warn others before they waste their money. Choice Home Warranty assigned them to me for service, but it was a huge mistake. Here’s what happened: My house was not cooling properly and the drain line kept backing up. The tech only halfway climbed into the attic—he didn’t fully inspect the issue. He told me I needed a new R22 expansion valve, but my unit doesn’t even have one. He said I needed an isolation valve, which is not required at all—it’s only an optional add-on. He completely missed the real issue, which was simple: a piece of ductwork had fallen off (tape came undone) and the drain line wasn’t properly sloped, causing water to back up. They gave me a false and incompetent estimate of $1,155 for repairs that weren’t even needed. It looks like they work hand-in-hand with Choice Home Warranty to get your service fee, push for unnecessary repairs, and set things up so your claim is denied. When I complained, I was told I wouldn’t get a refund because “the tech came out,” even though the estimate was completely wrong. I later had a local company come out, and they found and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. They take your money, give false information, and leave you with the same problem you started with. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—DO NOT USE THEM.

Great company! Great people. Cody was amazing at diagnosing the problem and putting together a package for me. Adrian and his team came in processionally and installed a new system real quick! I would encourage anyone who is looking for a reliable HVAC company to work with them. Fair pricing, efficient and most importantly the customer experience.
