I have no idea with I spoke, but she was tremendous. We have family that recently moved to the area and are staying in a temporary place until they find a home. I wanted to make sure they had a nice welcome basket with food, water, snack, wine, etc after very long travel. All The Buzz nailed it. The customization of the basket was tremendous. After I explained the situation of the move and the structure of the family, the woman who took my order added all the local and personal touches to make it just perfect.
