We had a great experience bringing our granddaughter dog. in for grooming. Alice listened carefully to my preferences, including keeping my dog’s eyelashes long, and did a wonderful job clearing the fur around her eyes—now my dog can see so well! She also suggested trimming only half since it’s winter, which was perfect. My dog looks fresh and adorable, and we loved the complimentary treats and sweet pink scarf. Thank you for the excellent service! 🐶💖

Our artist was Lara. She was so sweet and professional. We were asked what kind of length and shape we wanted for our Indiana. I noted a particular look I did not like and she took photos of what we liked. They text you 15 minutes before your baby is done and then a text when they are ready. The shop itself is cute, spacious and cutely decorated. The products they sell are reasonably priced and the treat options are galore. I would recommend if you’re in San Jose; yes it’s a bit out of the way, but Indiana did well and was happy which is all that matters to us. Thank you Lara and team!

Alice at Woof Gang is truly incredible! This was our fur baby’s very first grooming appointment, and she treated our little one with such gentle, loving care that it immediately put us at ease. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Our pup came back looking adorable, feeling relaxed, and smelling amazing. The whole experience was smooth, friendly, and so thoughtful. We’re beyond grateful for Alice’s talent and kindness…she’s officially our groomer from here on out! Highly recommend her to anyone who wants their pet in the best hands!

I took my 16 year old dog for a full service grooming and bath. They had him ready within 2 hours and he smelled amazing and looked full of life. He has been very uncomfortable and nervous around other groomers since reaching his old age, but the people working there are full of a welcoming energy that dogs really seem to pick up on and they handled my baby with great care. The price was quite reasonable compared to other groomers as well and they had lots of options of toys and natural treats!

My lovely boy Beast isn't the biggest fan of getting groomed but the groomer and staff were super understanding and communicative with the process. I was so shocked at how handsome he looked. He looks so fresh and clean. Definitely will be coming back. Huge thanks to everyone at Woof Gang for making Beast feel comfy and fresh!!! :))
