Obviously wrecking your car is a terrible experience. It's stressful on so many levels. We got a quote from another nearby shop but we felt like we heard a lot of jargon during that conversation and didn't feel fully comfortable. Then we stopped into Allston Collision based on good reviews, and we are so glad we did. Ava talked us through all the estimated repairs on our car. She took her time to explain exactly what work needed to be done, answer all our questions, and talk us through any possible costs that could come up during the process. She was really sensitive to our concerns about the price and the timing of the repair, and she printed us a few different estimates based on the best-case, likely-case, and worst-case scenarios that she expected. She kept us updated every step of the way and made us feel like we were truly part of the process. We picked up our car today and it looks like new. They even got it cleaned for us, so it looks way better than it did before our accident. Would 110% recommend this place to anyone!
I had to get my rear bumper cover replaced on two separate occasions because people just can't stop hitting my parked car. Both times, Paul, Ava, and the rest of the crew were a pleasure to work with. Quick turnaround time and great deals on parts. Unfortunately, my parked car has been hit yet again, but at least I know it'll be in good hands with Allston Collision!
Paul, Ava, and Abel are the absolute BEST! I was in a minor fender bender and brought my car in for repairs, and they handled everything for me. They spoke directly with my insurance company to handle payment, booked a mechanic to fix an additional part they noticed was broken, and they coordinated my rental car to use while my car was with them! They even negotiated the price of a new part I needed down for me. The whole team is so kind and so helpful. Everyone on the team could explain exactly what was going on with my car at any time, so I was always informed about what was going on. I HIGHLY recommend Allston Collision Center whenever you need auto work done!

I can't say enough to praise the quality repair and customer service I received from Paul, Able and Ava and the entire team at Allston Collision Center. Having your car smashed and then dealing with someone else's insurance is super-stressful. But Paul & Co. couldn't have been more professional and understanding. Everything was done on the schedule they promised, with clear communication, and the work was fantastic. If your vehicle needs body work, I recommend you get it over to Allston Collision Center ASAP.
