I had a wonderful experience at Town Fair Tire in Allston today. I needed to have a flat tire patched and Ethan made it such an easy and stress-less process and I’m really appreciative of that. Glad to know where I can return for good service, if necessary in the future.

I had a phenomenal experience here! I noticed my tire was low while I was in an unfamiliar part of town, and I saw this Town Fair Tire location on my way home, so I decided to stop in and ask if they could help! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The first sales associate I spoke with was an absolute delight and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands! He came out to my car, thoroughly checked all of the tires, and let me know they could take my car in right away. I was especially surprised by this since I am used to waiting well over two hours at places like this! About 20 to 25 minutes later, another team member helped me check out. My total came to just $13 when I was fully expecting to be quoted hundreds of dollars for new tires! Their honesty truly stood out. They did not try to upsell me or take advantage of the situation, which unfortunately has happened to me elsewhere in the past. I could not recommend this business more! It is refreshing to find a team of hardworking, honest professionals, and I wish them continued success!

I came in at about 6 PM to fix a tire that was leaking air due to a screw in there tire. Angel was very professional; Manny was the magician who was able to put a patch on the tire and save it, even though there was a previous much larger patch. I was out of there in under 45 minutes, amazing service as I was from CT and had a long drive home. Was beyond cheap and service was phenomenal!

I came in with a flat and hoped I didn’t have to replace a $400 very new tire because of a nail. He was understanding and suggested examining the flat. He repaired it for $13 where Audi wouldn’t. I am so grateful to Angel for being honest and caring. I will trust Town Tire and shop there in the future when I do need a new tire. His crew was also friendly and helpful. They exchanged the temp tire with the repaired flat at no additional labor charge. Amazing… thank you guys.
