Recently I tried out Aloe Pilates with Susie. Though skeptical about how challenging it would be for me, I was actually quite surprised. She is a great instructor. knowledgeable, engages the class both collectively and individually and provides an experience that definitely pushed me. The studio is clean, well organized, hosts new equipment with an assortment of attachments that gave me a great experience. The layout is superb with plenty of space to do all the exercises. I would certainly recommend this class and look forward to returning again.
