One of my favorite workout studios. The space is so motivating and the instructor, Danielle, is the best. Spinlates is my favorite class since it incorporates both high energy cardio on the bike and strength building Pilates on the mat. Would definitely recommend!
Angelynn, the instructor for Reformer Pilates, is excellent. She provides clear instructions, and since the class has 5 reformers, you get plenty of attention. The class flowed beautifully.
I've never been a gym/workout class person. Pacific Spin & Strength has totally transformed my perspective on gym workouts. I've mostly attended Danielle's Kettle Bells/Core and Spin/Strength classes. After 6 months I'm still loving it. She knows everyone by name and keeps class so positive. Really keeps the mind of the pain my muscles are in! The interior of the gym itself is colorful and decorated with funky art and motivational quotes. It doesn't feel cold and sterile like most gyms I've been to. Big garage door in the back part of the studio that stays open for nice air flow.
This is the best gym hands down. They have an amazing selection of classes including strength, Pilates & Spin. Danielle & Johann make you feel so welcome while encouraging you to achieve great fitness results. They also have the cutest dog! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Love it 🩷
