I used Alpha Graphics for the first time back in December for my business cards, I got to work with Dana, who was just wonderful from beginning to end. Made serveral changes before approving the final look, and not once did I feel like it was an issue. Dana quickly updated the cards every time as requested until I was happy and ready to approve print. I reached out to Dana again to make business cards for a different employee. Changing the name or any changes, is considered a new design, but Dana explained that to me clearly. We all have a way of running our businesses and what we charge for the work we do, Alpha Graphics is no different, and I can respect that, as it was clearly stated to me from the start. I will be picking up the second order from them Monday and expect it to be just as great as the first set😁

Dana at AlphaGraphics was wonderful to work with. We had to quickly print a large number of programs for a funeral and she really took care of us. They had the best prices and the quality of the prints was great. We are so thankful for her help!

We used AlphaGraphics recently for wedding announcements. Dana was so helpful with everything, and patient with all the back and forth, and decision making, and waiting patiently for us to figure out addresses so we could print them on the envelopes. She even offered advice on the number of announcements, that I rejected, and wished later that I had listened to her. Decided to try someone else closer to home for graduation announcements, and it was no good, so I came back to the Gilbert AlphaGraphics office. They responded so quickly after requesting a quote online, and it was from Dana, so I knew I was in good hands. They are professional, helpful, and so fast, and the invitations are great quality. This will be my first stop for all of my printing needs.

I've been working with Dana at the Gilbert location for a bit and have so far been very pleased with the service. The prices are very reasonable (I did a good amount of shopping around before settling) and orders are filled promptly. They also have been great about making sure my order is print ready the way I like it and double checking details if something seems off. What a great experience I had with these guys. They made life not easy but they definitely made life where the product was done right. I would definitely go back to them for more products.
