I went to Alson Jewelers to purchase my first Rolex. I worked with one of the owners, and also a couple of team members. They were all very pleasant and helpful. Had my watch in two weeks. This store is huge. Hundreds of watches and other items. The store layout makes it easy to browse. Excellent experience.

I made the trip to this store from Westlake in hopes of purchasing a Rolex. I walked around the store and circled the Rolex displays multiple times and noone approached me after more than 10 minutes, so I left. I will be going to another authorized Rolex dealer and definitely would not consider returning to this store in the future for anything. What a huge disappointment and not a welcoming first time experience.

We always have had very positive experience at Alson. One can browse with “no pressure” and the staff is very helpful. They can help in making the choice as well as obtaining a pence if it’s not in the store. Particular, shout out to Shai who remembered our names even after months!
