Another great experience again at Alson Jewelers! They came through again with a Rolex that was on my wish list! Special shoutout to Alex Lester for the call and for her professional service. I have been waiting on this one for awhile so this was super special. As always, another great experience and I’m looking forward to the next one. Thank you!

Alson Jewelers was very helpful in repairing a watch that was my late brother’s. The clasp was not working and although I could have bought a new band, this one was very sentimental to me. Shai was so knowledgeable about the watch and also helped me in having my rings resized. I definitely recommend Shai and Alson Jewelers!

Alson Jewelers is an outstanding store with an amazing team. Chad and David, along with their families and the entire staff, have created a place that is welcoming, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to visit. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I work directly with Shai Yulish, and he has been a pleasure to work with. He’s incredibly kind, patient, and truly knows his stuff. What I appreciate most is how well he listens and how thoughtful he is with his suggestions. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you find the right piece and not just making a sale. He makes the entire process feel easy and comfortable, and I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. I recommend Alson Jewelers to all of my family and friends and would confidently recommend them to anyone shopping in Northeast Ohio. It’s easily the nicest jewelry store in the area and a great place to do business.

What an awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable group of people! I’m visiting Ohio from out of state. I called in the morning on 12/17 and spoke with Alisha. I expressed to her that I needed a self winder for my Rolex. Rather than trying to sell me something she took 15 minutes to explain why I may be having issues with my Submariner. She then took me through their website and pointed out their Wolf winders. Alson Jewelers was 40 minutes away and based on how impressed I was with my first interaction with Alisha, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at their location and found out that Alisha specialized in Rolex watch overhauling and was not a salesperson. I had the good fortune of working with another awesome person Karen Euse! Karen provided a how to with the Wolf winder and then proceeded to steam clean my watch. While working with Karen she introduced me to Jason Schreibman (co-owner). Jason was very friendly and took time to insure my satisfaction. I felt my 1 1/2 hour round trip was time very well spent. Rest assured when it comes to having my Rolex overhauled (which should be done every 5-10 years as per Alisha) I will be taking it to Alson Jewelers even though I live in Wisconsin!!

I had an excellent experience today at Alson Jewelers. I came in to have my Submariner adjusted as the clasp continued to release and was kindly greeted by Nicole. She was very helpful, personable, and attentive. She took the watch to Susanah, who was able to fix the issue on site knowing that I was coming from Sandusky. Susanah fixed it quickly and it is now good as new. Nicole then showed me some of the new watch models and assisted me with my interests. I will happily be back. Thank you!
