Would like to compliment three employees from your BEACHWOOD store. Lisa, Enrique and Manuel truly know the meaning of customer service. With a diamond watch repair that at first looked like a “no go” turned into a “we can”. The repair was perfectly done and I was so grateful that I can wear it as it use to look. All of your employees that have approached me have been very nice. I have also worked with Craig Benson and bought two beautiful pieces from him. See picture of my watch and ring below. Katie was so tremendously helpful in helping me design the perfect engagement ring. My now fianceé and I came in together a few months ago to talk over settings and metals and Katie had answers for every question we could possibly have, and was never too pushy about trying to get us to make a decision or spend money that day. She was super helpful again when I came in by myself to design the final ring, and was very communicative about the process of the ring being designed and made. She followed up after taking the ring home and was so curious about my proposal plans, and so excited for us when the day finally came and we could share pictures with her. We would absolutely recommend going to Katie here at Diamonds Direct for any of your jewelry needs, and expect to be back for her help again when we're shopping for wedding bands!

Miracle was the best! She worked with me on designing a necklace with two diamonds I have that meant a lot to me. . Her patience was amazing and the time she spent with me was fun and enjoyable. She stuck with me until we came up with exactly what I wanted. She kept in contact with me while in design and sent me a pic of the final product before I even came to pick it up. The necklace is beautiful. I love it. Thank you Miracle!
