The best customer service and phone repair ever! I brought a samsung folding phone (z flip series) with completely broken screen and touchpad. I could not just give the phone and leave, it had to be fixed in front of me, so to say, because I use this device for work we have strict corporate policy to keep the work data secure and confidentiali. Alex, the store owner and phone guru, understood my situation and allowed me to hang out there for whole two hours and keep an eye on my phone, while he was trying all kinds of tricks to connect the phone to an external screen. He wouldn't give up and it finally worked. Then I was given time and privacy to sit at a computer and go through my phone content and copy it to my usb drive. Then I backed up the content to cloud, and after that Alex enabled the Samsung Maintenance Mode on my phone. With this mode, I could safely leave the phone for screen replacement and go, and not worry about data inside the phone. Tatyana, the frontdesk manager, is also a very nice person. I left as a very happy customer. If you need a professional and honest help for your phone, this is the right place.

I had a couple situations with my laptop and phone where there was water damage and hardware issues where neither would turn on and I had no access to any of the files and information I needed. Alex was honestly a lifesaver and retrieved everything and put it on the new devices i bought after the matter. Bonus, he's honestly such a good genuine person as well and that's hard to come by. I would refer anyone to their business based on my own experience. You won't regret having a good, honest and genuine tech person to help with any issues you may have. Him and his wife were great!
