DO NOT GO HERE !! I have been taking my two French bulldogs here for over a year now. Never had any issues with the staff or pricing. Always paid in full for every appointment plus the $75 fee they charge for a visit. Today I called in to schedule an appointment for my younger French bulldog Daisy and was BAFFLED by the customer service of the front desk lady who calls everyone “my love” when speaking to customers. Not only did I feel as if we had a great relationship from the time I started taking my dogs here but I was shocked when asking what to expect the bill to be when she CUT ME OFF mid sentence to tell me she can no longer give me a quote on what to expect the estimate to be but she also had a tone that I’ve never encountered before which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsettled!! This type of behavior was then followed by no sort of resolution instead was followed by her trying to get me off the phone. Mind you this location is not doing well and needs all the business it can get right now as told by the DR. Who runs the main location. I was cut off yet again when telling her I do not appreciate her tone and that I don’t understand why she is speaking to me this way as I also work in customer service for a real estate firm. I then told her to email me the files for both pets as I will go to another vet based on her treatment and was rushed off the phone by her saying “I’ll send it now” she never even confirmed the email that needed the documentation to be sent to. I had to then cut her off and say hey before you hang up I need to give you the updated email. She did not read it back to make sure it was correct and did not say goodbye just hung up in my face. As a paying customer of this office that always brings their pets here . I do not recommend this animal client. The unpleasant unprofessionalism is just DISGUSTING and unexceptable ! Go somewhere else !!

Been going here since Dr Harvey was our vet, he was awesome and his staff was great. The new staff and vets here continue his ways of his practice by being super friendly, nice and compassionate towards our pets. We've had several furry family members come here when they're not feeling well and the staff have all been fantastic. We'll be continuing going to AHoT with our pets now and in the future.

Dr. Harvey and the Office professionals are always kind and quick to see if they can help. I have had experience with non emergency appointments and emergency appointments, and they have been wonderful for all types. They are always very kind to me directly and seem to really care about my pets. Dr. Harvey has been wonderful with all our pets and has pricing that is good compared to most vets around. He is easy to get to, on Hillsborough Ave, just west of Dale Mabry and parking is not a problem. They are very accommodating and he is a wonderful vet. I do recommend Dr. Harvey and his staff. They speak Spanish and English there. Dr. Harvey has retired, n sold his practice. I am no longer taking my pets to this location. I do not have any remarks negative or positive as I have not been there since Dr Harvey retired.

Thank you so much to performing the surgery on Stanley. I know he is resilient and will live to see another day. Doctor’s notes were nice reports about Stan and the cost was saving my bank account from having to donate a kidney to pay for the surgery. Thank you, Dr. Mike! The office staff and technicians were very kind and helpful. Thank you. Richard and Brian Gadson, and of course, Stanley.

I have been with Doc Harvey and his wonderful team for a very long time- from new puppies and kittens to end of life care. Everyone has been kind and willing to assist. All the animals love Doc and we appreciate his efforts, his skill set, and his bed side manner- he is a wonderful person.
