Anytime Fitness Is very calm and clean space. It’s not hectic environment. It’s a cool calm collected space where I can just focus on myself and listen to my music and get it in.

I would **NOT RECOMMEND** this gym to anyone considering a membership. The management and ownership have demonstrated unprofessional conduct, which has led me to decide not to continue my workouts at this facility and to cancel my membership. In the past, when I joined a gym, such as facilities like Lifetime or LA Fitness (Rowlett), I understood that a monthly fee was due to use the gym, and if that monthly fee was not paid, access could be restricted for that month or until the balance was paid off. Unfortunately, I went for about a month or two without paying my monthly balance for this gym because I stepped back from working out to focus on work obligations. I later decided that I needed to cancel my membership and could not continue with the gym as I had originally planned, which was disappointing because I had originally intended to be extremely consistent. BUT after sending in my email to cancel, I learned that with this gym, after signing up, you apparently are required to pay every month, or you can expect to receive repeated calls from a blocked number from the gyms retained attorney!! This attorney has made multiple threats of legal action to collect the outstanding balance, which is absolutely unlike any situation I’ve encountered while being apart of any other local gym. This is absolutely unacceptable! This experience has been distressing and feels inappropriate and harassing. I expect to be treated with respect and to have clear, accurate information about my rights and obligations as a member, which were not clearly stated during the initial meeting. Trapping members into contractual agreements by leaving information from the introductory meeting feels predatory, irresponsible and immoral & I am seeking guidance on how to address this situation to ensure I am no longer contacted regarding services I no longer wish to use. Please steer clear of this business!!!! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I love this Anytime location! The staff is helpful, its a clean gym, they have a myriad of available equipment to use, & it's not as jam packed as the larger gyms in the area. Glad I signed up!

On my FitQuest70 journey from Sacramento to Texas to lose 70 pounds, I stopped at gym number 64, an Anytime Fitness in Garland, Texas, and it’s a vibrant, nearly five-star experience that I’d rate a 4.5 if I could, but I’ll round up to five despite some minor maintenance hiccups. This large, open gym was buzzing with locals, clearly a community favorite, and my 30-minute treadmill workout was solid in the spacious, lively environment. The shower room was mostly clean with good water pressure, though the bench was wobbly, the soap dispenser was cracked, and the sink seemed unsteady—small issues that slightly detracted from an otherwise fantastic setup. With a bit of maintenance, this gym would easily be a perfect five, but its energetic vibe and solid equipment make it a great spot for a workout in Garland!
