Cannot cancel membership without a VERY tideous process. Also they have randomly bumped up member fees in the past without notice. Said I need to cancel exactly on the 28th if I don't they'll charge me. Also their systems and UI is trash for a multimillion corp I would assume they would have a better system in place. Even went in person and they cannot cancel it for me.

Updated review: This once we'll managed and clean gym has gone down hill to the point of canceling my membershipafter 4 years. When asked why I was cancelling, i mentioned the equipment that was broken for 4 to 6 months at a time without being repaired(simple repairs) half the TVs dont work, the clocks are all set to Eastern time(this isnt a Daylight savings time issue. It's year round.) A toilet out of order for almost ayear(onlyb3 toilets so being down 1 is a big deal in a gym this big, and 80% of the lockers are not working. The locker issue is pretty ridiculous. Gym goers accidentally lock the empty lockers and then use a different locker. There are signs everywhere that say (no overnight storage in lockers) With this policy, they should simply use their master key to unlock all lockers and ensure the next day . I have told workers there several time but no one cares. The lowering attendance at the gym has been nice since so many machines are bromen, but I fear that this will be another failed business at this location. I hope ownership recognizes people are leaving because of poor management and lack of care The variety of equipment is pretty good so I give 2 stars, but for the price it's simply not worth it. A single person could fix these issues in a week. Clean place with friendly staff. Even when crowded it doesn't feel too crowded. Good layout and we like the kids club.

I don't like this gym because I wanted to pay yesterday since I had changed banks. I tried to change my payment method on my phone, but it wouldn't let me. So I went to the gym, and they were able to change it there. It was the same payment method I always use, and I couldn't pay by card, so I had to pay the rest in cash. Now I've received something I didn't like: I owe $60 just for a service charge. Just because they resolved that issue, it's not my problem anymore. It's not my fault the app doesn't work to change the payment method for my membership. They're stealing another $15 from me, which I'm not going to pay. Sometimes I can't go there because I have things to do, so I prefer to pay from my phone. But it's not my fault their app doesn't work, and they take advantage of the situation to make you go there and then take more money just for trying to help. Seriously? Are they crazy?

Fit factory needs more classes. When I started working out at fit factory, there were 5 a.m and 6 a.m classes which are beneficial for people who work or want to get their workout over early. I joined this gym for the ffit program & the variety of classes it use to have. Ffit has gone from 6 days per week to 2 & only one time is available in the morning. Brandon is an amazing instructor & I'd love to see him teach group fit or cycling. He has the energy, personality & knowledge to do more at fit factory.
