I arranged weekly Corporate mat sessions for our business when we moved to Surry Hills, the sessions cater for complete beginners to seasoned Pilates goers. The instructors are excellent and guide you to do all exercises for your body and ability level, resulting in noticeable improvement in flexibility and strength. We always enjoy our sessions and they are a hot topic of conversation in the office. Can't recommend Yung Ok and her team enough. Thank you 😊

I had sustained an injury, and trying Pilates was recommended to me for my recovery. My partner had seen Yung Ok a while ago, and suggested I go and see her. I am truly impressed. Yung Ok's instructions are clear and her friendly and positive attitude will make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have never done anything like Pilates, and my coordination was virtually non-existent when I started - Yung-Ok's patience is that of an angel. If Pilates is what you want to do or learn, then this is the place to do it.
